1 Sweet Potatoe

Piece Your Sweet Potatoe several times with a fork then Microwave until tender

Cut into chucks, or Mash. Be sure to cool before giving this to your bird

A small amount of butter can be added, (and this is actually good for your bird as well in but very small amounts)
