At present, China has entered the stage of regular epidemic prevention and control. In order to earnestly implement the deployment requirements of the central and provincial municipal committees, the following proposals are issued to the cadres of the plenary session on safe travel and civilized tourism:

First, prevention and control priority, healthy travel。Pay close attention to the latest epidemic prevention and control policies in various places, inquire about the opening of tourist destinations, ticket reservations, and traffic restriction measures, rationally plan travel routes and times, try to avoid popular tourist attractions or peak travel hours, and encourage poverty alleviation through tourism consumption。Keep alert, avoid luck, do a good job of self-protection, wear a mask, wash hands frequently, disinfect frequently, do not cluster, not crowded, less gathering, cooperate with the temperature detection, check the "health code" and other requirements, if found abnormal body report in time, nearby diagnosis and treatment。

Second, comply with ethics and etiquette, civilized travel。Consciously abide by the "China Civilized Tourism Convention", maintain environmental health, observe public order, protect the ecological environment, cherish cultural relics and monuments, take care of public facilities, respect local customs and habits, do not spit, do not litter, do not trample on the lawn, do not smoke in non-smoking places, do not shout in public places。Maintain a safe distance when eating, actively practice the "CD-ROM action", use "public chopsticks and spoons", and refuse to eat game。

3. Prevent risks and travel safely。Enhance the awareness of safety precautions, avoid going to areas that do not have the conditions for open reception of tourists, do not participate in activities beyond their health conditions to ensure personal and property safety。Group tour to choose a regular travel agency to sign a standardized travel contract, consciously resist the "low price" as a gimmick of false publicity;Road trip to eliminate fatigue driving and drunk driving, control speed, pay attention to comity。Outdoor travel should pay attention to fire prevention and disaster avoidance, do not smoke, barbecue or use open flames in places where vegetation is abundant, leaves are piled up or where there are fire prevention tips。
