These 12mm pony beads come in a wide variety of colors (light/dark blue, light/dark pink, turquoise, yellow, orange, purple, red, white and black).  They make colorful additions to bird toys for the little guys and are very inexpensive per piece.  These pony beads are slightly heavier in weight than imported ones commonly sold on the web and you will find them slightly more durable.  You can use Paulie Rope and small (1/8") leather strips as stringing material.
